Top level service and I would recommend this hotel.||The hotel isn’t particularly sophisticated, but it delivers high quality in several key areas. The bed is excellent, the shower has strong water pressure and consistent hot water with good temperature control. ||Breakfast, served on the rooftop terrace with a lovely view, offers a wide variety of options — including a made-to-order omelette and scrambled egg station. ||The staff is exceptionally attentive, and we felt warmly welcomed throughout our entire stay. All areas of the hotel are spotless and well maintained.||The hotel is located in a business-focused area, more geared toward hotels and conventions. While the neighborhood offers all necessary amenities (restaurants, markets, banks, even a Andrés restaurant etc.), most tourist attractions are a bit farther away. That said, taxis and Uber are widely available in Bogotá and very affordable, making it easy...

My 18k gold brazalete appraised in $5.000.000 pesos was stolen from this hotel two weeks ago. I had try several times via phone calls as well as a visit just yesterday when I travel from the city I live to bogota so that I can address the issue with the manager but unfortunately the lack of reliability from her or him is unherof so NO ONE WAS WILLING TO TAKE THE LEAD AND IPEN A REPORT.If I have to said anything about this hotel after staying in it for over five months,is that I wouldn't dare belive in there commitment to solve any problems you my have in this hotel and that the person that is in charge has no moral,commitment,professionalims nor what it takes to face the fact that there is an issue within their team that needs to be solve so no one else has to be taking...

I was stuck in the airport having missed my flight and had to overnight... I checked the regulars online Marriott, Hilton etc and was about to grab a taxi for options when a friendly young man grabbed my attention and mentioned this hotel. I was wooed by the simple assurances that it was safe clean and free personal shuttle there.||I arrived and my first impression was "where am I??" but after getting into the room and settling in it wasn't too bad. The bar is small and limited but not so on service... They were uber friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant was also descent for what it was ... But still satisfying... Oh breakfast is included and was ||quite sufficient. ||All and all it's a nice place for a quick stay... PS: I didn't wander outside...
