We got robbed!!

The first 3 days everything was fine and nice, staff was very friendly but after we got back from our trip...

The first thing, we couldnt sleep because of a party gang in the hostel.. they were singing, dancing, making a lot of noice the whole night! Staff didnt say or do anything about it!

Second when we checked our bags that were left in the guarderia of the hostel we noticed that clothes, a litle wallet with coins and a usb stick were missing! The bags were not were we left them, in the room of management but in an other room! Staff and owner didnt believe us, telling us that we were lying! For 3 days we wanted to talk to the owner and asked for a solution! He didnt bother. The last night I spoke to him on the phone and again he accused us of lying! He was very agressiv and he said that he just didnt care.

Worst expierence ever in whole South America!

We ended up not paying for the time we stayed there, 3 nights. They threatned to call the police but in the end they didnt... maybe they know stealing is a problem in...

LO PEOR DE BOGOTA! MANTENGASE ALEJADOS DE ESTE LUGAR! en este lugar fui discriminada, acusada, rechazada, humillada y maltratada por la señora que atiende en la recepcion, acusa a las personas injustamente y sin prueba real alguna! Así mismo las difama y hace un chisme! según ella y su administrador lo peor, seres humanos de lo más bajo! Tonem cero respeto para las personas y la dignidad, así mismo contribuyen a dañar el buen nombre de las personas a travez de chismes y especulaciones que no son ciertas!

Este hostal es realmente de quinta categoria, negando y discriminando la prestación de un servicio de alojamiento,  lo cual es un acto delictivo, así como también el bullyng psicológico que me hicieron en este lugar por el chismorreo barato de todos los empleados de este lugar, pues todos me miraban, me trataron de manera hostil y grosera! Pues casi me tiraron mis maletas a la calle cerrandone la puerta en la cara a 10 de la noche en un sector que podría ser peligroso, sin importarles mi seguridad y bienestar, así como tambien sin justificada causa! nadie de manera legal se le puede hacer eso a la gente! Bajo ninguna circunstancia! Eso se llama violencia psicologa y es un acto de abuso!

Procederemos a industria y comercio para denunciar este tipo de lugares que no deberían prestar un servicio al publico!

Por cierto la señora es bastante desagradable, parece habitante de calle, frunce el seño todo el tiempo, como si fuera un hombre dispuesto a golpear y su cara tanto como su aspecto parece una drogadicta salida del buen pastor! Quiere intimidar con su actitud de mala calaña,  en últimas parece un Gorila, un animal dispuesto a atacar a personas indefensas que ni entienden de que la están acusando!

Este lugar debería estar cerrado, clausurado por la superintendencia de industria y comercio, asi mismo los empleados o voluntarios quienes tienen el mismo tanto aspecto como actitud de la señora, deberían estar en cualquier parte menos prestando un servicio de alojamiento!

Este lugar es lo peor que me he podido encontrar! El administrador no da la cara, no tiene profesionalismo, parecía peor de ignorante que la señora de la recepcion! En este sitio deberían agradecer que no les llame la policia por actos de violencia psicológica, moral  así como difamar me a mi buen nombre por cosas sin fundamento! Ni mucho menos pruebas en contra de las personas, clientes o consumidores que buscamos un verdadero servicio de alojamiento.

Probablemente esto no ocurre en alojamientos nisiquiera en lo peor del centro de Bogota, seguramente en esos barrios te tratarían con respeto! pero nada se puede esperar de semejante señora que presa deberia estar, ese sería el lugar correcto por agresora! Abusiva, acosasora pues me seguía a todas partes del hostal, molestando mi tranquilidad e impidiendo el uso de las áreas comunes, aunque yo tenía entendido que tenía derecho a eso, en definitiva menospreciar la gente como si fuera todo menos persona, se me hace de cárcel, solo alguien enfermo mental, en desgracia e infelicidad puede actuar...

Really wish there was a zero star rating. We had booked for 11 nights but stayed 1. Ended up costing us $75 USD as we had paid 17% deposit and in order for them not to charge to full amount I had to pay a further $20. We stayed in a private room which was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere and stained mouldy walls. The wall the bed was against was so bad we decided to rotate the bed. Stained sheets finished off the look of the place. The shower room had a lovrly aroma of sewer drains. Then there's the noise (this was the only thing we mentioned to them upon leaving as it's obvious that anyone who offers a room in this state doesn't care) which should stop at 11 went on until 12:30. We'd been travelling all day and couldn't sleep even with earplugs. A truly awful experience and really...
