Traveled to Bucaramanga last week. On the last leg of our trip we stayed one last night (Saturday, June 14th ) at this hotel. We were booked a room that faced out to an area that unknown to us was filled with nightclubs. The music was obnoxious and continued till 2am. The next morning I asked the staff if the hotel was full and was told no. I asked why they would book a room on the noisiest side of the hotel - no answer. They did say it was helpful for them to hear this "concern" from a guest. I explained it was amazing to think that they would not know the surrounding area. Just a few things to point out; The inside lock doesn’t exist/ is useless; security is highly important to me.
TV was really small and old and doesn’t have access to any type of streaming platforms or mirroring.
Lastly, the room had an air freshener with a really strong smell of cologne that made me dizzy and nauseous.
None of these issues seem like that big of a deal until you think about it being over $300,000...
