HOTEL ANAUCO — Hotel in Bucaramanga

I booked 2 nights in this place, apperrantly they had problems with their booking software. The price they told me I had to pay was six times as much. They didn't even offer a discount. I told them it's fine, I'll get a different place. They gave me the money I already payed trough hostelworld back in like 50 coins, even though I asked them not to. There is a shop literally next door, where you can get change. In the end I payed a taxi to go to this place, wasted 30 minutes talking to different people and needed a taxi to go to a different place. All of this can happen. But they didn't even give a simple apologize. That's basically the reason for this review. That's not good...

Very Nice & affordable hotel in central location - also great for longer stays as they have a really big kitchen that you can use

The staff is super friendly and helpful as well! I had forgotten my phone between the sheets of the bed and they immediately informed us when they found it. It was a bit difficult to get it back as we had already travelled further but they did everything they could to help me getting it back (which succeeded in the end!)....

It's a simple hotel placed in a house, with a relatively good price. However it's not the best option for multiple guests and it's impossible to get breakfast on time, it's supposed to start at 7, but luckily you can star having breakfast at 7:20.
