Hotel Ayenda Macondo Manizales — Hotel in Manizales

Overall, Ayenda Macondo is not a bad place to stay in Manizales but like most places it has its pros and cons.

Pros : the hotel is well located, the staff is comprehensive and helpful and the rooms are basic but clean and comfy. *Please note that the front rooms (overlooking la Calle 20) are quite noisy (it's a busy street + there is a bar right across the street) but the back rooms are quieter (except on weekends where they are also a little noisy).

Cons : the Internet connection is poor and spotty and we did have a to kill a few cockroaches...

Amazing Hotel with the perfect location in a very safe area of Manizales. The hotel has character and is truly special. The staff is amazing and will give you all contacts and information you need to explore the area. In our case they recommended somebody that took us on a private tour to Parque de los Nevados and showed us all the amazing places along Colombia‘s most beautiful road. This was our best day of our entire travel....

Excelente y económico hotel Ayenda en el centro de Manizales, tiene muy buena ubicación, personal súper atento, buena vista desde el balcón en último piso, las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, buen espacio y distribución, la limpieza es apropiada, el precio es adecuado y acordé al servicio ofrecido, la tarifa es muy económica, tiene habitaciones sencillas y familiares (varias camas), servicio de wifi y tv. Es Cercano a lugares de interés. Cuenta con lo necesario para un buen descanso en las noches después de trabajar o pasear. No tiene parqueadero propio pero si hay cercanos. Se puede observar que el transporte en la zona es bueno tanto público como particular. A sus alrededores se encuentran lugares para desayunar y es una Zona comercial en el día. El ruido o bulla no es problema, le enseñan y recomiendan habitaciones por lo cual se puede escoger la habitación acorde al gusto. Volveríamos, es muy buena opción en su zona, en especial por la amplitud y diseño...
