Hi, let me just say that the experience here is absolutely five star in every way possible . From the management to the maid service . I travel the world and I only give good ratings to those who deserve it. From the day I made my reservation the hotel was preparing for my stay unfortunately I had a bad flight and some cancellations but the hotel insured me that there was no worries. They were here for me when I arrived and they were absolutely right there was no worries at all, they had a car waiting for me at the airport at my request. Just a short trip from the airport to the hotel. Greeted by friendly faces and staff that was capable of speaking multiple languages, which made me feel even more comfortable. You can tell right away that the management here has everyone well trained You can just see by the looks on their faces that everyone here is in a comfortable working atmosphere which makes my stay even better. From the time I entered my room All the fine details of the rooms are what you expect in a five star hotel . I can’t say enough about The staff they very accommodating they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible I have to really tell you that I’ve never met a more friendly staff from providing me local attractions, fine dining on Premises and local Coffee shops, and bakeries and things to do in the area to just making sure That I am comfortable throughout my entire stay . The Maid service is phenomenal rooms are spotless, clean and bug free. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that I know And When I Return to this part Of the country this will definitely be the place I stay.
