Sparkling clean. Easy access to transportation and also walk arounds if your plan is just go to eat or have a drink. Located above of Laureles area which makes it great to find night plans in a safe area. Nobody understands English. At the time of check-in, the bell boy took me to a room that was not even made. Waited for about an hour to be shifted to another room. Finally when I was shifted to another room, it was clean and good, but had issues like the exhaust and the light over vanity did not work. My friends had similar issues. One being a major/critical issue, the room’s door would not stay shut (thanks to the gimmicky smart lock), the ac would not cool the room enough, etc. Below average experience for...

Nos alojamos en este hotel 2 noches hace unos meses y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Las habitaciones están bien sin más (algunas no tienen ventana, los enchufes son escasos, el baño se inunda cuando te duchas y alguna cosa más pero en general son aceptables). El problema es el personal del hotel. Viajábamos mi familia y la de mi esposa (todos españoles salvo mi esposa y mis suegros). En ningún otro hotel de Colombia, repito, en NINGUNO, nos pusieron problemas para poner la factura a mi nombre y distribuir las habitaciones de tal manera que no hubiese que pagar los impuestos que se aplican únicamente a residentes nacionales. Lo mismo se apalabró con el personal de este hotel hasta que llegamos y nos dijeron que eso no era así y que debíamos pagar todo (están en su derecho, lo entiendo, pero demuestran que su palabra no vale nada o si no que lo hubieran dicho desde un principio). Para rematar la faena, el check-out fue temprano y no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno de ese día. Les solicitamos que nos hicieran un desayuno para llevar o en caso contrario que por cortesía nos devolvieran el importe proporcional del desayuno que ya estaba incluido en el precio.
