The location is good, but that's really where the positive feedback ends.

The room's only window was towards the lobby (that doubles as a garage!!), with artificial light 24/7 and zero sound isolation. While the "sofa bed" was not proper for sleeping..

Despite having a fridge and microwave, they had zero plates, cups, cutlery etc and when asked to bring us some, one person in the reception said "of course, they will be right there", while the other person the next day that they do not offer that.

The receptionists were inconsiderate watching TV and listening to music well into the night and shouting to each other early in the morning.

Cherry on top? Found a condom wrap under the bed!

Very well located hotel in the heart of Laureles. An easy walk to the major spots (the stadium, la 70 where the bars are), but still on a more quaint and quiet street. More authentic neighborhood than you can find in el poblado. The rooms are spacious and the mattresses are very comfortable (which is a rarity in Colombia- they are usually super hard). Parking is available which made it easy and safe to store my rental.

No se exactamente como son las instalaciones del hotel debido a que tuve problemas al momento de reservar. Realicé una reserva el 19 de julio de 2022 para la fecha de noviembre 18 al 20 del mismo mes. Por cosas del destino el día 22 de julio decidí llamar para confirmar el lugar y sobretodo como era la distribución de la habitación, al llamar me dicen que yo había cancelado la reserva cuando eso no era asi y en la plataforma de Booking esta se encontraba aún activa, llame a la aplicación e igualmente seguía activa. A los 20 minutos me devolvieron la llamada del hotel aceptando que el error era por parte de ellos debido a que no habían reservado la habitación antes de que me la reservarán a mí. La razón de mi puntuación y mi queja reside en que no fueron capaces de llamarme a pesar de que ya la habían cancelado, simplemente se limitaron a cancelar y nada más; Si no me hubiera dado por llamar hubiera llegado en esas fechas sin cuarto de hotel ni nada y de seguro sin ninguna solución. La persona encargada de la recepción de las llamadas debe de cambiar la actitud, porque el hotel se ve muy lindo pero en esa parte de atención al cliente están fallando.
