Hotel Suite del Parque — Hotel in Medellín

Just checked in. I got room 101

This room is right on the main road, reception is right outside the door. It's so loud it's unbelievable and I'm a seasoned traveler use to noise.

Every phone call the front desk takes or makes you hear everything. Busy traffic and unloading trucks unto the street to replenish the stores. Yelling screaming an loud music until 1 2 3 am

Why would any hotel make a room available like.

When I let reception know they did nothing. The manager would not even come to speak me in person.

I booked 2 night paid in full with recite. I used booking.com originally but paid cash etc the property. On my 2nd day I asked to leave because it was so loud, they understood even the girl Angela at the front desk said the room is bad for noise. They would not refund me my 2nd night claiming its booking.com policy to rake full payment even if I leave.

Stay far away from this property and the cowardly manager.

The staff were good and did as instructed and the.location is great. That's the only reason I gave it...

Checked in to room 106, wifi signal does not reach the room, was changed to room 102, right next to the lobby. Walls were thin and hear everything from guests walking by to conversations in the lobby. It was tolerable until night time, a young female receptionist had 3 male friends visit her during her shift, that's fine just that I could hear everything. Their conversation began to disturb my stay. I walk out and see a group talking socially in front lobby, the receptionist and her male friends/visitors, when I return to my room, the conversation stopped 10 min later. As thin as the walls were, guests were rather respectful as I surprisingly slept...

A great place to stay - very close to all the restaurants of Laureles, yet in a quiet side street. The hotel is in great condition. The room was modern and spotlessly clean, the bathroom is new with a great shower (with glass door), hot water runs well. The nearest metro station (Estadio) is about a 15 minute walk through mostly pleasant streets....
