Hotel Eleven — Hotel in Medellín

I stayed here because I got locked out of my AirBnb, which wasn’t a big deal, it was just late and I needed a place to rest. This place was close and not too expensive, so I decided to take the room for a few hours just to shower and sleep. Since most of my stuff was locked in my Airbnb, I used their towels and soap just to clean up after a long day of travel and a delayed flight. I woke up in the morning with a rash in my sensitive downstairs area. I will spare you the details, but I’m pretty sure I got a fungal infection from using their towel. The housekeepers were very kind and helpful, like most Colombians, but they seemed to have given me unhygienic towels unintentionally. This was very inconvenient and unfortunate because I had to figure out how to treat this —luckily over the counter pharmaceutical remedies like the one I needed are cheap and accessible in Medillin. I returned the next day to speak with the boss (I speak very broken Spanish and spoke to her with the help of a translation app) and she thinks the irritation was caused by the soap, perhaps an allergic reaction. Excelente servicio cómodas habitaciones Supe de este lugar por la promoción de un volante que me dieron, al ver los precios no lo podía creer fui con mi pareja a ver cómo era el lugar al llegar si nos advirtieron que no era un hotel, si no un motel, ofrecían servicios por ratos o amanecidas, por lo cual nos hospedarnos 3 días en los cuales en 2 días escogimos la que estaban ambientadas (ejipto y selva ) con jacuzzi y el último una sencilla con jacuzzi el valor total fue 148mil por los tres días ( cabo recalcar que fue porque teníamos el descuento de la promoción ) Las habitaciones eran limpias y hermosas con aire acondicionado ducha jacuzzi TV y parlantes, ofrecen también parqueadero gratis Recomendación debido a que prestan servicio de motel no es recomendable ir con niños o en plan familia, pero si vas con tu pareja amig@s o simplemente solo es un...

The room was pretty good , I took the jaccuzi room the only matter is the jaccuzi did not work it was like a bath at the end because we could not turn it on , otherwise the room is good - good...
