Booked a suite with a jacuzzi on Expedia, flew to Colombia, and when I arrived I was told they were overbooked and they moved my reservation to another hotel. That hotel was 40 minutes away from this one without traffic, not to mention a sub par place. Called Expedia trying to work this out (which is very difficult) and after about 45 minutes the hotel offered another place about 15 minutes away, but the area was not safe and not appropriate for me and my girl, plus it was no where near as nice as this place. Do not book this place using any of the travel apps, I’d avoid Ayenda chain as a whole because I was told it was common for them to over book and swap hotels. Communication is beyond poor. We arrived after a long journey only to find out that they gave our room away to someone else. We had it all booked and paid and all they said was ‘we will refund you’ but they had no spare rooms due to it being Easter Weekend and they obviously thought they could get more. Tiene servicio de parqueadero limitado pero también cuidan los carros de los huéspedes que no alcanzan a parquear dentro del edificio. El único lunar que si pueden corregir y que me parecio una falta de respeto que es que cobren un porcentaje de más por pagar con tarjeta de crédito (aprox 5 o 6 %) esto no lo publican en ninguna parte ni en la recepción donde dice que aceptan tarjetas. Me sentí como en san andresito. El datáfono es un medio que beneficia a el comerciante, al tener mayor métodos de pagos le va generar mayor beneficio, aprovecharse de la situación cuando el huésped ya reservó y ya llegó para tan solo decirle de esto cuando no puede hacer nada más es algo que deben de revisar.
