Amazing Experience! This hidden gem in Laureles should definitely be on your Medellín itinerary.
The food showcases incredible Colombian ingredients I had never tried, or even heard of before. While those ingredients are the stars, the chef adds a creative twist with Asian influences. Their baos and gyozas were outstanding! I was tempted by the ramen and pad thai, but the specials won me over.
Dinner featured 20-hour braised short rib, tuna, and farm-raised chicken, all served with amazing sides and, of course, delicious arepas.
The restaurant is transitioning from a fully vegan concept, but they still offer some vegan options. We tried a couple of their vegan desserts, the chocolate one was to die for!
Even the presentation was stunning, the china matched the level of the food: simply gorgeous.
Service was a pleasant surprise. Our server knew the menu inside out, was super attentive, and had a wonderful sense of hospitality.
Oh, and did I mention everything is homemade?
I’m so glad I came here on a local friend’s recommendation. Highly...

Tucked away on a quiet street corner, INA has nice calm vibes, just a little hot if you're sitting inside, with the open kitchen, as there's no fans
We tried the satay tofu, the 2 different BAO buns, envuelto criollo and the gyozas
Satay tofu was nice but a little bit dry. Envuelto was nice, lots going on, nice flavours. The gyozas were yummy but you can never really go wrong with gyozas and my fave were the BAO buns! Really yummy and the ponzu sauce made them bang
The mojito is really refreshing and the Pina kombucha was nice, not too sweet
Finished with the homemade cookie (they make each one fresh per order) and guanabana ice cream - it was delishhhh!
Recommend this place to try but be aware service was a bit slow, so you could be waiting a while for food. We did go during the lunch...
Read moreThe perfect place for a nice dinner! They offer creative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks that are not only delicious and well balanced, but also nicely presented. We had the quesarola, which was an amazing taste compilation with cassava cheese and orange. It is quite filling and could be shared with up to 4 people as an entree. The banh mi and the envuelto criollo (like a gourmet tamal) were equally tasty, filling and full of flavors. A special surprise was the cocacake with interesting combinations of taste and textures.
My cocktail was based on coca aguardiente and the maracuyá gave it a perfect sweetness.
The also have a small store with natural cosmetics, books, and some food items.
All in all a great place to spend a nice evening and treat yourself to some great and interesting plant...
