If you stay here, you will likely get robbed. Thieves came and stole all our expensive belongings while we were out for dinner.

It appears the entire town of Santa Teresa has the passcode to the house, as on multiple occasions, locals entered the locked gate without invitation expecting a party or a hangout. Many people in town refer to this as the local party house.

The house manager was great, she tried helping us find our stolen goods, but ultimately we felt unsafe and will not return.

Stayed here on a family vacation, great house. We ordered nets to sleep in in case scorpions came out during the rain. Luckily we were not bit by anything, and I did not see any scorpions but there were definitely bugs I’ve never seen before in my life. It was a beautiful unforgetable experience. The place is no less than stunning! We had a vacation for a week in this amazing and beautiful place. The host was amazing and very welcoming. Helpful with everything that we needed. The place looks even better than the pictures. Clean, beautiful, and has everything that we needed as a family. It's not the first time in Santa that I have been . This is one of my favorite.
