최악 호텔입니다. 오지마세요. I spent 15days in Croatia and decided to stay in a hotel for my last 2 nights here to relax before heading back. However, it was such a terrible experience. The rooms are spacious and good but the extra bed they made from the sofa bed literally folds inwards each time you lie on it and is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. However, I was okay with it and everything was fine until I took the elevator which suddenly broke down halfway and made me and my mother get stuck in there for 5minutes. It was shaking and to say that I thought we were going to just fall and crash is not an exaggeration. The alarm bell did not work and when we tried to call for help from the elevator, the button did not work. Thankfully, the lift started operating again after a while and we went down to the reception to inform the counter to prevent anyone from having the same experience as us again. The receptionist did not seem to give any care towards this and just told us he will check it out. We still let this go and the final straw which leads me to even write a review (I rarely ever write reviews) was because I was laying in bed at 10.30pm and suddenly my hotel room door Unlocks and a receptionist walks in and upon seeing me says "sorry" before shutting the door and leaving. I was genuinely so scared as I lay in bed and saw her face pop in through the door. I open the door and walk down the hallway to find her standing there and she apologises saying she accidentally opened my door with the master key. I asked her why and she said she was looking for a bottle opener. I was on the 3rd floor. There are many floors before mine. Why would she have to come up all the way to the 3rd floor for a bottle opener? This hotel really managed to find ways to shock me during my...
Read moreWe stayed here for 2 nights to start our Croatia trip and received a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was small but comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom had a decent shower but the toilet was directly behind the door which was awkward if someone else was also in the bathroom. The breakfast was continental with 3 variations to cater for most tastes and it could be taken in the small dining area or in your room. We used the dining room the first morning and found the tables to be small but was OK as it was quiet (would have been cramped if the other tables were in use), the second morning we had it in our room which was much better. Overall the quality of the breakfast was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. ||The location of the hotel is great as its only a 10 minute stroll to the main square and a little further to upper town. There is also a mini market (Konzum) located a few minutes up the road which was ideal. Its also only a 5 minute taxi ride to the bus station. ||We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are spending a few...
Read moreThis was the best-value family-friendly hotel we have stayed in, in a long time. The room we received was quiet, had a small kitchenette with a stove top (we made our own breakfasts) and a counter to eat at. The staff was outstanding - very helpful, friendly, and kind. The beds were VERY comfortable. The location was unbeatable. Easy walking distance to the centre of town, and within 5 min walk to tram lines to take us to museums that were farther away. The hotel was boutique-style and had a nice common space. The only drawback (and it wasn't a major one) is that one of the beds was on an elevated floor, which meant that at night, if one had to leave the bedroom, one had to remember that the bed was two steps up, and walk cautiously in the dark to use those steps carefully. (Note, I am sure this was an anomaly and only in our room because I don't see it in the photos on...
