Grey House — Hotel in Grad Makarska

Nice apartment hotel with positive and accommodating hosts. We stayed in a one-room apartment with a kitchenette, refrigerator and small freezer, stove, kettle and toaster. Economical equipment, a small saucepan and a frying pan, only the possibility of making breakfast which suited us perfectly. Towels were changed every other day, garbage was emptied daily. Quiet area, generally quiet in the hotel. Small supermarket about 200 m from the hotel, bakery open 24/7 about 5 minutes walk. The hotel is located a bit up from the beach, 10 minutes walk. Uphill back, so the legs have to work and many steps in the app 😁 Nice beach promenade with several restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, tourist attractions etc... We are more...

We stayed at hotel Fani in August. Very nice for the price ! Clean rooms, room service seemingly everyday and nice staff. However, one thing that baffles me. One thing I will never understand. Why absolutely zero hangers? Fair enough with no jacket hangers in the entrance, you dont need jackets in August. But why no hangers for towels in the bathroom? Not even for the hand towel, so you have to hang the hand towel in the grib to the shower cabin. I’m writing this with a bit of humor ofc, it’s not the end of the world. But a few hangers would be nice - takes a few minutes and 3 euros to install. But that might be the only negative feedback ! Thanks for a...

Small appartement in Makarska at 10 minutes walk from the beach and 25 minutes from the old town and harbor. Very small but modern interior, the walls are very thin and therefore not so quiet. The amenities are inexistent (only some soap available) and the kitchen cutlery was available. The fridge very noisy, the clock on the wall also and sometimes the cleaning lady as well. The host is very friendly and all the communication went smoothly. There is a parking available in front of the building and some bars close by. I consider it good quality...
