Amazing experience! Our beautiful server Katherine was super lovely and wonderful. She made sure we had a great culinary experience and accommodated for our friend’s birthday. Although there were rumours of a severe thunderstorm that night, and many restaurants sent us away, she was so friendly, calm and super welcoming and had a unique positive smart cheerful attitude that I rarely see at any culinary institute. The food was superbly presented with absolute love at the right moment for our group to enjoy all at the same time. Everything was fast and very sharply timed, we really appreciate Katherine’s super kind and generous effort to make our night unforgettable. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a venue in years. My friends and I came in just to have some drinks and maybe order some food later. But instead of serving us politely, the waiter started speaking to us in a rude and arrogant manner. He literally threw us out, explaining that “you have to order food right away”. Such an approach is not only unprofessional but also insulting to customers. We came to spend our money here, yet we were treated as if we were a nuisance. This place has absolutely no respect for its guests, no basic hospitality, and no culture of service whatsoever.
