Dinners Delight — Restaurant in Grad Makarska

This is my favorite restaurant ever. ❤️ I visit it every time when I'm in Makarska. The last time I visited Makarska, I decided not to go anywhere else 'cause I had everything there. Delightful food, wonderful location by the sea with great view, good internet connection, perfectly clean toilet, great music and on top of all, the most important thing - flawless service. Very kind waiters always ready to please guests but unobtrusive. Dinner's Delight is connected to another restaurant, Berlin, and they have common menu and the same interior design. The owners are also always at your service, very kind two young men Hrvoje and Ivo. When time of any meal of the day comes, this place unlike any other, is always full which tells for itself. Still, you get your meal quickly and waiters always manage to find place for you to sit. Every day when time of lunch is about to come, fresh meat is delivered at the restaurant. I'm always at the beach nearby so when I'm hungry or want something to drink I drop by. Right by the restaurant is ice-cream shop with really tasty ice-cream, and currency excange office, from the same owners so you literally have everything you need for pleasant day...

The location is great right at the water with no sun in the morning good son lunchtime and a nice view of sunset and evening. Service is less than mediocre. Unavailable and not very friendly. The first friendly face I got was when I paid. I ordered the fresh squeezed orange shoes which came with more ice than shoes. That’s something in Croatia and general, though the notion that I killed all the vitamins and fresh squeezed has not sunk in yet. Cappuccino available only with cow milk as to be expected. Very bitter espresso though. I ordered the avocado brisket with egg for breakfast. The salad that came was not a fruit salad as was happening in my mind was a mixed salad that was actually really good.the avocado was not fresh avocado but a commercial that wasn’t very good and this sweet of avocados spread together with the egg was served on a sweet Chia kind of bread. The taste was so weird not to be recommended at all. So I know I would not go in Makarska - at least not for breakfast. I cannot judge...

Dinner’s Delight in Makarska is an absolute gem of a restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience! The food is simply exquisite, with a menu that offers a delightful variety of dishes. We were particularly impressed by the fresh and flavorful seafood, including perfectly cooked fish, delicious spaghetti, and mouthwatering risotto with seafood. The cevapcici were also a highlight, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. And for dessert, the tiramisu was a dream—light, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.

What truly adds to the experience is the breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Dining with such a stunning backdrop made our evening even more special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a wonderful place to enjoy with family. Every member of our family loved their meal, and we can’t wait to return.
