Guest House Anna — Hotel in Općina Župa dubrovačka

We had a very disappointing stay at gest house Anna . After returning late from sightseeing (around 23:00) we discovered ants in the bathroom and on the bed. We reported it to the host immediately. The host offered to spray a strong-smelling repellent (we refused because we have allergies and the room already smelled), and allegedly offered a refund — this does not reflect our experience.

The listing claims there are no ants in the rooms, but this contradicts their own actions: they offered a spray and acknowledge that ants can appear because the house is “surrounded by nature.” This inconsistency is misleading and not disclosed in the listing. We specifically booked a guesthouse to avoid camping conditions because we do not like camping due to ants and insects — had we known about these conditions, we would not have booked.

Additionally, the private parking is very cramped, difficult to access, and the listing provides unclear instructions on its exact location.

We are beyond grateful for an amazing stay! The landlords are extremely friendly and willing to help you at any time. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect, since you can reach both Dobrovnik and Cavtat within 15 minutes by bus which operates every 15/30 minutes. You have perfect beaches without crowds and plenty of natural shade in the vicinity. It is our cordially...
