Villa Nina — Hotel in Općina Župa dubrovačka

The bonus for Villa Nina is the location, only a few steps down to a beautiful pebbly beach .

The gardens to Villa Nina are beautiful with lots of colourful flowers & with an outlook to the sea which is gorgeous.

But it stops there !

The host was informative & charming, he guided us through an area to get to the room that smelt of stale cigarette.

The superior double or twin room advertised with the lavander bedspread is a very very small room !

Nothing superior about this room !

Very outdated back in the 60’s decor, the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom is tiny with an old fashioned glass door .

The room is so small that the host told us the fridge for this room was in the hall way. No room for Suitcases to be opened or walk around the bed. You can hear other guests go to their rooms.

The villa has several entrances to different apartments or parts of the house. All rooms have a private bathroom and a fridge, some apartments have a kitchen as well. Delicious breakfast is served every morning by the host. Service is high standards, and they will do everything they can to help out.

Rooms themselves are a bit old and some furniture is a bit torn down. Some have commented on the stiff beds. The villa is old but very stylish, and the atmosphere is super cosy.

Location is the best, a 1min walk to Beach and 10mins walk to Shopping mall. Resturants are all around the place.

The place is very nice, and quiet. The room had a private bathroom, a tv and a small fridge. We had a patio with a nice view to the sea. The furniture is a bit on the old side but that did not bother us. The hosts are super nice and helpfull. They provided us with all we neede for the beach (towels, beach mats,and an umbrella). All you have to do is ask. The villa is under 50 m from the closest beach and nearby you can find lots of restaurants. There is a small supermarket about 400-500 meters away and a bit further, aprok 1 km there is a shopping mall with a huge supermarket.
