ELENI APARTMENTS — Hotel in Ayia Napa

The flat is located in ayia napa centre right next to the clubs.

Let’s start with all the advantages: Great location if you don’t mind loud music during the night Eleni was nice and friendly, she did everything she could to accommodate us Our flat had a nice terrace (number 5), you could eat and chill outside, usually there was a breeze of fresh air

Unfortunately during our stay, we had a few issues: Other flats got rented to 18/20 year old group of guys making noise in the corridors all night long, which, on top of the music from the clubs, it was impossible to sleep (even with ear plugs) The kitchen did not have windows and the heat was pretty extreme so unless you pay for extra air conditioning 8€/day, you will spend most of the time on the terrace as it is very difficult to stay in the kitchen area There was an issue with the kitchen/entrance light, whereby if you turned on the bathroom light the kitchen light stopped working, as if there was a short circuit. At night the entry light is essential. We have reported this to Eleni and she sent someone to fix it, the bulb was replaced but the issue persisted Wi-Fi never worked during our stay so don’t count on it. This may be fixed going forward but it wasn’t working when I was there On the terrace at evening/night there was constant smell of fried food which was coming from a takeaway close by, the smell was slightly disturbing as entered the flat

To summarise, if you are very young and don’t mind all of the above, then this is the place for you, however I’m on my 30ies and this was too much for me so I had to find another accommodation...

A big no!! We are so dissapointment and dissatisfied!DO NOT RECOMMEND! The appartment had 5 beds and we were six, when we arrived there they told us its only for two people, thats so ridiculous…the building was old too. However we paid extra money for 4 people. The aircontition was extra and we paid for it ALSO but when ae arrived home we found out that they got in our appartment and closed it. That’s unacceptable. They also said thats why we dont prefer Cypriot customers because they didn’t like the fact that we were telling the truth about them. They are just stealing ur money. I stayed here for 6 nights with my girlfriend and we had a great time. Eleni was very kind, always super helpful and kind, always ready to offer us a lemonade with fresh fruit and sweets. The apartment was very clean and had everything one would need for a vacation. The apartment is just a few minutes from the sea and is located behind the local street. I highly recommend...
