Pieris Apartments — Hotel in Ayia Napa

Found the property on the booking.com, but when started booking, it showed that the any "deposit" should be paid on arrival. Found direct telephone in internet, contacted owner directly and made reservation without any deposits.||It was weekend trip of 2 ladies for the beach in day time and nightlife in the night. We spent morning on the beach and realized that we are going to miss the agreed time of arrival, so I texted the owner, and he said it is not a problem and asked to call in 30 minutes before we arrive. So we did. When we came, he met us personally, and we were offered 2 rooms to choose - one on the ground floor with double bed and one on the top floor with 2 single beds. We could see the both rooms and choose the one on the ground floor, as it seemed to us more light and had a bigger balcony. ||The room was spacious, spotless clean, with high ceiling and had everything inside for comfortable stay, including: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, tv with internet access, air condition, wi fi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, espresso machine and 2 capsules of espresso, cattle, frappe mixer, neskafe/tea/sugar, dishes/spoons/glasses/pans/saucepans. In the bathroom soap, liquid soap and shampoo were provided. There were tools for cleaning the flat there, so I believe for the ones who stay long, it would not be a problem. Also sanitizer...Necessity now.||Location is in just 3 minutes walk from Ayia Napa monastery/bus stop. The same distance from bar/club area. 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach or you can take bus by the Monastery and go to any spot of the area. There is supermarket across the road and tavern nearby bit further down the street, so no problem with catering.||Although the room was on the ground floor and facing the street, the traffic was not strong and did not disturb us.||All the above mentioned equipment was working perfectly. In order to check out we just texted the owner, left the keys in the room and left. Checkout is early - 11:00 but the owners said it is OK to stay until midday.||We had a great stay! Will for sure consider this option again when go to Ayia...

Me and my friends were staying here from the 2nd till the 12th of august in 2022. We could not have wished for a better experience. The service was the best and the rooms were clean and had everything. U can hang out on the balcony and it even has a terrace on the roof for everyone that stays here. I really recommend this place for friend groups and I really hope that everyone that reads this and decides to go there, respects this place as much as we did/do. It was the best vacation!

P.s. Paloma bar has the best owners and you have to go there and make friends with them. Love...

Pieris Apartments offers a clean, spacious and well equipped room for a great price. Also in a great area within walking distance to everything (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, beach). Peiris (the owner) is the nicest person you will ever meet. He waited for us in the evening to check us in, explained everything, and even spent some extra time giving us some wonderful suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Cannot recommend this...
