My experience at Poed Residences was a mixed bag. Initially, the accommodation seemed promising, and we enjoyed our first few days there. However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that we had to make our own beds with limited bed linen. Additionally, the kitchen was not adequately equipped, although we managed. No wifi inside the apartment but again, we managed.||Things took a turn for the worse when we were informed on Sunday morning that the restaurant would be closed during the week, contrary to what we were initially told. This left us feeling unsettled, especially since I was traveling alone with my son and didn't feel very safe with limited facilities and no English-speaking staff around.||After reaching out to Poed Residences via Booking.com, I was told by the manager that the restaurant would be open all day, which turned out to be untrue. Feeling misled, I decided to check out four days early and find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our holiday.||Upon requesting a refund for the unused days, the manager accused me of threatening him, which was not the case at all. I simply wanted fair compensation for the inconvenience caused by the miscommunication and lack of amenities. I wrote to him on Tuesday, and when I still had no response on Friday, I got in touch again asking for a solution before leaving any feedback, as we could have worked something out. This was not a threat; it was simply a paying customer seeking a reply and potentially a solution, as there’s nothing Booking.com could do.||Overall, while Poed Residences has potential, the inconsistent information and unprofessional response from management left much...

Pros: close to forest park hotel which you can enjoy a rich breakfast for 9 euros. Is close to platres around 4 km which you can find almost anything you want from restaurants, cafe , atm, minimarket, gas station and close to kalidonia waterfalls if you enjoy hikes! About the complex they include common swimming pool max height is 1.40, restaurant which is cheap. Each house contains a kitchen, 2 toilets 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. They include everything for cooking. But they do not have washing machine or dishwasher or iron for the clothes. The wifi signal is strong only around the swimming pool. Tv is inlcuded as well. Dont forget to take mosquito machine if you go on summer. At nights is quite cold sometimes so take extra long sleeves clothes.||Cons: They Need asap restoration!!! Very old furnitures and walls...

I have traveled quite a lot, but this accommodation provided the worst service and treatment of a guest I have ever experienced. We stayed there in February 2025. Of course, at high altitudes during this time of year, it is cold. Since we were traveling with a small child, we asked if they could heat the place in advance. They replied that it wasn’t necessary, as the accommodation would warm up within half an hour.

Of course, when we arrived, it was freezing cold. It only started to get warmer after about 30 hours. Naturally, our child got sick due to the cold. When we complained, there was no response at all.

We also didn’t receive any bed linen—we had to sleep on a bare mattress. The bathroom was moldy. To this day, we have not received...
