We have just spent 14 days at this hotel, we were part of a family group aged 2 to74.|The hotel accommodation is excellent with big rooms, good showers, comfy beds and is spotlessly clean, the storage could be better with limited space and no drawers but we coped as there was only 2 of us.|The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient and hard working, nothing was too much trouble to them.|Now the down side, this is only my opinion but speaking to other guests I feel many others shared my concerns.|First and to us the most important was safety. There are no hand rails at the pool to help disabled, infirm or vulnerable people of all ages to enter or exit the pool, when the pool was really busy it could be quite daunting trying to enter the water.|The third day we were there we witnessed a small child get into difficulty and almost drown, the very quick thinking of other guests diving in and helping saved her, during this time the lifeguard sat in his chair on his phone and even when he eventually noticed what was happening he still did not react! Even reporting this incident more than once didn’t have any effect and the lifeguards still sat on their phone’s ignoring what was going on in the pool. At busy times with lots of excited kids enjoying their holidays I feel more than one lifeguard should be on duty at what is a big pool.|The food was mediocre at best and often lukewarm or cold especially at the snack bar, we felt the food in general was poor and repetitive. |The entertainment was very hit and miss, the entertainment area is by the pool bar and far too small to enable guests to sit and relax as there is only a few tables and chairs. |The bars were basic to say the least and with no decoration or atmosphere especially the lobby bar, serving cocktails in small plastic glasses even inside is not my idea of a 4star holiday, the odd time we got an actual glass it had to be before 10pm as we were informed there was no one to wash them up ready for the next day.|This could be a super hotel and maybe with time it will be but as things are now it just doesn’t fit the bill as an all inclusive...
Read moreI stayed at this all-inclusive hotel in Cyprus, and “all-inclusive” really is the perfect description. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The food was outstanding. Breakfast had an incredible variety, the snack bar could easily pass as a full meal, and both lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious. I loved the themed dinner nights, which kept things exciting. On top of that, you get one booking at the Italian restaurant during your stay — the food there was exceptional, the chef did an amazing job, and it felt really exclusive.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-kept, with two single beds and a sofa bed option. Housekeeping cleaned daily if requested, and the hotel was spotless throughout. The only small thing is that the balconies weren’t very spacious, but it didn’t take away from how lovely the rooms were.
The pool area was spotless and well maintained. The waterslide (partially finished) was a lot of fun, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the beach every hour — such a thoughtful and convenient touch.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. As Black travellers, we felt very comfortable and well-treated, which made our experience even better. Evening entertainment was lively, and the hotel also offers a spa, gym, and just about everything you could need.
Drinks and treats were always available — cocktails flowed until 11pm, fresh juices and water were accessible all day, and ice cream was stocked in the fridges throughout the day.
The only minor downside was that towards the end of our stay, the tap water tasted a bit strange. This wasn’t a big issue, as bottled water was cheap and available right across the road at a convenience store.
Overall, this hotel truly deserves a 10/10. With fantastic food, excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great facilities, I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect all-inclusive holiday in Cyprus. Very close to the beach and...
Read moreAfter reading the reviews after just returning from a fantastic 2 weeks all inclusive holiday for me my wife and two teenagers who also love it. Staff were fantastic everyone from the cleaners to reception, people need to realise they didn't arrive on a private jet their going on an a reasonably priced all inclusive holiday but suddenly turn up at hotel and think they are Saudi royalty treating the staff like their own personal slaves, every single member of staff deserve praise .|We came for our first year anniversary after getting married in Cyprus last year and paid half the price we paid for other hotels nearby in recent years whilst this hotel has a lot of work to do to compare St Ellias or Olympic lagoon a few small minor improvements wont be far behind. Staff absolutely made our holiday, cleaners never stop, room cleaned daily, food was terrible (eat out on Thursdays) when first arrived but was nice after that and a lot meals were restaurant quality that I would pay for. |Pool isn't the biggest but still not the worst, water park is great for a hotel.|Rooms lovely as is the full hotel, absolutely spotless 95% of the time the other 5% is the time the waiters are picking up food that was being shoveled into the mouth at record speed from the privileged and their scruffy kids at meal times. |Entertainment was below average at best but most all inclusive are the same, nice restaurants and Protaras strip within walking distance. |Would return if reasonably priced but not if charging prices that are similar to other hotels that offer that bit more. |Overall we had a fantastic holiday and this hotel doesn't deserve the...
