We went last October and it was amazing so booked again for this year, it was way busier obviously and to be exepcted as August but this wasnt managed well at all there wasnt enough staff if people paid with cash for drinks they were waiting at least 30 min for their change and lots were going up to ask for their change, we ordered drinks off 3 different people and they never arrived, just about to go up to the bar to check were they were and the shutter was slammed down bar closed, this was at 9.10pm it says bar open 7 to 10pm on the booking page, it also said when we booked please be there well in time no later than 8.30pm for reservations or your table maybe given away, this was a rush to get there in time from our hotel when most other people didnt arrive until 9pm, people were still coming in just after 9pm, it says show 9pm to 10pm it was 9.15pm to 9.55pm so £100 for our family was alot when we wasnt even allowed drinks and 40 min show. Read moreFirst we want to thank Eleni (staff member) for her warm-hearted support! She was very friendly and also very fast in contact and organized everything to make the evening one of the best in our life as my boyfriend decided to make me a marriage proposal during the show.
Everything was prepared very well, she even recognized that we don't drink alcohol and we got a bottle of Robby Bubble out of nowhere when I said "yes"! The flowers also look amazing and are worth every cent. On top of that she also took veeeery many pictures and even videos she sent us right after the show so we can keep these memories forever!
The Dancing Waters Live Show itself was also really impressive and we sure will come back soon to see the show a 2nd time (in full-length, as you can imagine we were both to overexcited to enjoy the show).
Thanks once more to the whole staff that helped make this happen - especially also the technician guy who was responsible for the custom...
