La Veranda Sea View Apartments — Hotel in Pyla

Many thanks for a very warm and friendly welcome, to the wonderful owners of La Veranda Sea View Apartments! We felt like visiting good old friends. ≧◠‿◠≦ We arrived on the first day late in the evening, later than the promised time, due to a plane delay. Despite this, they waited for us and settled. We were very hungry and tired upon arrival and because it was very late, all shops, cafes and restaurants were closed. Spyros found out that we were hungry, went to the restaurant he runs and personally prepared a wonderful Margharita pizza for us and made a salad, even though the restaurant was already closed. They left for us in the kitchen a few capsules for the coffee machine so that we could drink delicious coffee upon arrival. Thanks a lot, Spyros. You saved us from starvation :) We had a great time in these apartments. They have absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a balcony where you can relax, drink coffee, with a wonderful view of the sea. There is a washing machine, detergent and fabric softener. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, an electric stove, a toaster, a mini-grill, electric kettle,a small electric oven, a spacious refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine, for cooking there is tea, coffee, sugar, sault, spices. There is internet, TV, hair dryer, air conditioner. The bathroom had the necessary hygiene products: shampoo, soap and even sun protection creams. The beach is across the street from the apartments. The nearest supermarket is a stone's throw away. These apartments are ideal in terms of price-quality ratio. One evening my husband really wanted to drink cola, but all the shops were closed, and we saw that the owner was late at the restaurant, and we made our way to him, and he treated us to cola :) and even treated me to Pannacotta dessert. Spyros really wants you to get the most out of your vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which is located on the first floor (La Veranda Restaurant), and were delighted with the taste of the dishes served, the speed of the staff, the positiveness coming from all the employees of the establishment, cleanliness and prices, which are very adequate for Cyprus and for this level of the restaurant. Spyros and his son are true professionals in their field. It is felt in every detail. They will help you with everything you need. Before departure, we needed to find where to print boarding passes for departure, Spyros kindly suggested that we use their printer so that we would not go looking for such a service in the city. Pros: Enjoyed very much our stay. A 1 bedroom apartment plus living room, kitchen and bathroom equiped with all you need. WiFi, smart TV with Netflix. Good location with bus station across the street to city center (approx. 25 minutes) and to airport (approx. 50 minutes) - Lines 424 (to city center and back) and 425 (to both city center and airport and back). Shop next to the building. Restaurant at ground level of the building. Beach is at 200 meters across the street and the apartment has a nice view. Although inside temperatures were low (our stay was in beginning of January), the apartment had an electric heater and air conditioning. Outside temperatures were good (18-20 Clesius). Cosy stay for a couple.

Great place to stay in Cyprus. Perfect location between  Larnaca airport and Agya Napa with quiet sandy beach just accross the street, supermarket 50 m and parking right next to the building. There are 3 apartments, each one is very well equipped. The best equipped kitchen I have seen up to now (microwave, mixer, toaster, lots of other kitchen equipment). There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Below is a restaurant with kids area and toys. You can also borrow some beach stuff which is available outside the apartments. All 3 apartments are spacious whith big balconies/terraces, comfy beds and I personally loved the rolettes on windows. They were not totally black out but providing enough comfort for sleep.
