We had a great time at this taverna! The atmosphere felt truly Greek, with lovely music that added to the experience. We ordered the “Mini Fish Meze” - it was fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount for two people. Highly recommend trying their house wine, and don’t skip the baklava! It’s not the typical Arabic-style baklava, but a completely different version - unique and absolutely delicious. The owners are very kind and welcoming. I was really disappointed with the service. I was with my family and we ordered fish meze, the food was nice but service was awful. And the thing that I was very upset that they didn't bring us all the items from meze menu and when I asked if its all the what we supposed to have the waiter answered :" Yes, that's all". And when I said that octopus and croquettes are missing she didn't even say sorry. She was trying to convince me that she brought all. What a great restaurant experience! This tavern is located in Pyla, 15 min. outside Larnaca and is definitely worth a visit. We ordered the sea food meze for two persons and the food was excellent. The service and treatment was fantastic. A charming lady took care of us and kept us entertained throughout the evening. Very kind, hospitable and welcoming.
