We were 6 people who wanted to get a gyro, when we entered, the restaurant was empty, dark, with no music. the server, an old grumpy man gave us the menu and we asked him straight away if he had gyro, to which he said of course. After 30 minutes of waiting (reminding you the restaurant is empty) he brought us something that looked like burnt pig tongue, my sister didn’t even want to touch it, “this is not a gyro!” She said, I tried to give it a go, don’t judge with your eyes judge with your tongue? Anyways I gave it a bite and oh boy did I regret it, the chicken patty (if it was even chicken) was so dry and tasteless, it reminded me of the food I ate in daycare but at least there the chicken looked like dinosaurs.
