Hotel Hubert — Hotel in Cheb District

My Son just went to this hotel on his honeymoon. The rooms had torn drapes, torn curtains, filth on the floor with dead earwigs. The management was no where to be found and when they wished to leave early and be compensated for the poor sub par accommodations, they were refused since they wouldn't be able to find a replacement customer. Rooms were half empty so this was not an argument. The food was what you see in the picture. You had a choice of 1 hot meal and what you see in the picture. What wasn't consumed one day was re-introduced as breakfast. My son and his wife were extremely disappointed and they only want their money back since the reviews do not reflect the poor standard this establishment offers.

I will keep you posted if they decide to refund the portion they did not use. Would you stay in such a place for your honeymoon?

Byli jsme poprvé a naposledy. Recepce byla po celou dobu neobsazená, dokonce i při check-outu nebyl nikdo k dispozici. U snídaně nikdo průběžně nedoplňoval jídlo. Když došel třeba salám, tak nikdo z hostů neměl salám atd... až postupně nebylo k dispozici skoro žádné jídlo. Kávovar nefungoval, nejenže nikdo nepřišel, ale personál nebyl nikde k nalezení, abychom je upozornili. Jablečná šťáva nebyla 3 dny, jelikož se nikdo neobtěžoval doplnit. Dětská židle lepila a byla špinavá. Hračky v dětském koutu taky špinavé a ulepené. Po příjezdu jsme zjistili, že nám nefunguje světlo na chodbě. Hned jsme to nahlásili recepční (dokud tam byla), bylo nám řečeno, že zítra někdo přijde a vymění žárovku. Za celou dobu pobytu nikdo nepřišel, navíc jak už jsem zmiňovala, byla recepce po celou dobu neobsazená, tudíž nebyl nikdo, komu bychom se připomněli. Na polštáři jsme měli velkou díru. A na peřině byl hnědý flek. A celkově bylo vybavení hotelu zastaralé a špinavé. Mikrovlnka na chodbě byla špinavá a byly v ní zaschlé zbytky jídla. Za celou dobu pobytu se nás nikdo nezeptal, jestli je vše v pořádku nebo jestli něco nepotřebujeme. Ani na check-out jsme nikoho nezastihli. Byli jsme poprvé a naposledy. Jsme zklamaní a tento penzion nikomu...

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind unter dem Standard eines 3-Sterne-Hotels. So konnten wir unsere Dusche nur einmal in der Kurwoche zu benutzen, weil in der Kabine kein Haltegriff vorhanden war, der aber in der sehr glatten Duschwanne unerlässlich war. Ein Festhalten an der Duschkopfhaltestange war nicht möglich, weil sich diese beim ersten Festhalten sofort aus der Wandverankerung löste. Den Schaden hat die Rezeption lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen, aber eine Reparatur erfolgte nicht. Außerdem war an drei von 7 Kurtagen erst um die Mittagszeit warmes Wasser vorhanden. Das Zimmer selbst wurde in der Kurwoche nur zweimal von einer Reinigungskraft aufgesucht. Erst am zweiten Kurtag wurde uns eine Fernbedienung für das...
