2019 September: Nice place with outside sitting and nice interior too. Beer from tanks, good food and the waiting time was normal and the waiter was fine. Sure, we were there in September (no holidays), working day and at 4 pm so there were only people outside. The croquettes and French fries looked like home-made, or they are definitely of better quality than usually in other restaurants. The croquettes are lighter (not so much brown) and have a bit different texture and taste more like potatoes, which is great. Cash only like almost any restaurant or even a shop in Františkovy Lázně, but there is an ATM just around the corner on the wall...

Podnik nehodnotim na zaklade jedne nepovede navstevy, presto moje posledni a asi zrejme posledni navsteva, dost ovlivni muj usudek. Do Ceska me rodne zeme se nevracim prilis casto. Prilezitostne zvu rodinu na spolecne vecere kde si muzeme dat me oblibene Ceske pokrmy. Vzdy jsem mel na pameti, ze tady delaji nejlepsi pecene veprove koleno v okoli. Dnes jsem tvrde narazil. Nejsem zadny gastronomicky odbornik, tudiz hodnotim jidlo selskym rozumem - chutna/nechutna. Dnes nam to nechutnalo vubec. Obvykle pokud host dostane jidlo, tak se po chvili oblsluha prijde zeptat, zda je vse v poradku. Dnes se tak bohuzel nestalo. Jidlo jsme nedojedli a ve zbyvajicim case jsme si uzivali vzajemnou pritomnost a atmosferu podniku. Po asi necele hodine, kdy se stale nikdo z obsluhy nas neprisel na nic zeptat, jsem vstal a pozadal o ucet. Obsluha byla mila a velice dobre reagovala na nasi zpetnou vazbu ohledne kritiky jidla. Nebylo mym cilem zebrat o nejake slevy ci kompenzace, pouze vyridit zklamani oproti nastavenym standardum, na ktere jsme v tomto podniku zvykli. Pani servirka nam odecetla dve kolena, ktera jsme nesnedli. Nez jsem ale mohl zaplatit, vyritil se z kuchyne obezni pan ktery se bez predstaveni a pozdravu si stoupnul za moje zada, oprel se o zidli a naprosto neprofesionalnim zpusobem se do nas pustil a predhazoval pro me jako hosta absolutne nepodstatne argumenty a jeste mi drze tykal ackoli ja jsem panovi celou dobu vykal. Snazil jsem se mu vysvetlit ze jsem se neprisel hadat, pouze rict, ze naposledy mi to chutnalo mnohem vice. Dekuji pani servirce za snahu a pristup. To ze se obsluha obcas ne plne venuje vsem hostum, se obcas stava, jsme zvykli. Veskera vina tentokrat pada na pana kuchare. Uz nidky vice. Uz to neni...
