Hotel CB Royal — Hotel in okres České Budějovice

old, very old hotel.... we asked for a room with master bed or two beds put together, we got separated beds... we asked to be changed, thez just didnt do that...beds are old, so are pillows...... old small tv with 28 chanels that all show the same program... we could charge our phones only in the bathroom, because the other sockets didnt work... there is no hairdryer...

good things about this hotel is location near city center-10min walk, staff was very kind....

This hotel is a simple, but clean and in good condition, 15-20 minutes walk from the old city center and near by the Budvar brewery. The staff is helpful; although they speak more German than English, we managed to understand each other. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with bathroom and toilette. Without doubt, I think it's one of the most decent hotel in this town. The breakfast service was simple yet hearty, the room was clean and the restroom was renovated recently. The TV worked well and there were pretty a lot of electric sockets inside the room. It's almost quiet and had pretty nice cooling facilities. The room provided us an enough space as well. However, at some times, some sockets don't work...
