EURO APARTMENTS KŘENOVÁ 75 BRNO — Hotel in okres Brno-město

We have the chance to stay for 2 night in Brno and choose the EuroApartments Krenova. We arrived around morning 10 30 and although have been too early we have been welcome by a nice lady responding to all questions reccomending us place to eat amd also facilitating us safe and free parking although at the location is available the public paid one. Later on when our room was ready we had a big surprise : a big apartment clean and very well designed plus a wellcoming package for us like : coffee lots of teas : green black jasmin ...we really feel like at 4 stars hotel . A beautiful box with chocolate inside with a paper written in our language ..Thanks us for coming .. we appreciated a lot ! I can say that we are from Romanian that is not a world language easy to speak or write ...in the end we feel important and appreciated as customers. Also any questions Leljia responded promptly and another thing when she found that my husband is Italian brings us a box of Lavazza Italian coffee for him. ||Small thnigs makes feel you better! ||In terms of facilities of apartaments very well equiped with everything you need iron machine dishes ...we did not use it but you have it. ||For sure next time in Brno we will choose the same place as is just 10 minutes walk from...

My family and I stayed here for three nights and during two of them, we were kept awake till 3 am due to the noise from the party-goers above. Because the price of the apartments is very reasonable they will attract younger people and some of them are bound to be noisy. We were very unlucky to have four or five young lads in the flat above who stomped around half the night, shouting and laughing. The host was very understanding and did speak to them but their behaviour didn't change much. A pity since the apartments themselves are very clean and well-equipped, although the heating system...

Great location, close to the center by walk or public transport. Apartments need more cleaning, especially Stove (our were dirty), we have 3 kids and we are cooking a lot. Tram stop close by the building annoying. There is no parking from Krenova Appart, you need to park at zone C and need to pay by SMS or application. Elevator exist, but not in service, big disadvantage, especially to care your staff to 4 level. Highly appreciate receptionist, she is always will assist you by all means to keep recreation facility...
