Hotel Trinity — Hotel in okres Olomouc

I can’t express strongly enough just how much I love this hotel!!! We had reservations at Jakub Pension, which was a filthy, hot, loud nightmare. I called Hotel Trinity at 10:30 pm (22.30) to see if they had any rooms available for that night and the next night. The lovely man at the desk was so kind and helpful, and he found us a cool, quiet, and very clean room! His customer service was impeccable! We left the filthy pension at 11:30 at night to walk to Hotel Trinity because we were desperate. The rooms at Trinity were of high quality and were extremely comfortable. The cleaning staff was also superb as were the women providing our breakfast service. This was one of the friendliest, most accommodating staffs I have ever experienced! I would give this hotel 5 stars for loveliness, cleanliness, location and service but have to give it a 3 or even a 2 for noise. The noise is not from the hotel but the sidewalk out front. There are bar/restaurants on the street and when we were there people (mostly young) gathered on the sidewalk and talked and laughed literally all night. We got very little sleep. After that night I realized why there were packages of ear plugs in the bathroom. Otherwise, hotel location is perfect---just around the corner from old town. From the train station, take tram 7 right to the front door. Check Google Maps for directions.||This is a great hotel to stay in. It is completely soundproof. I have a view facing the main street and I hear no noise. Also, no noise coming from the rooms around me.||Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful.|The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, there was a small fridge, a safe, a large desk and a comfortable rocking type chair.||A good buffet breakfast is served and numerous items available.||Old town can be reached in about 5 minutes, a large shopping mall about a 15 minute walk away.||No minuses for this...
