Hotelový dům Areál — Hotel in okres Ostrava-město

We booked into this hotel for 3 nights as we had to attend a funeral in Ostrava, and this was the closest to our families home, after an arduous 27 hour drive from the U.K, we arrived in the lobby to be greeted by a steady stream of drunks, there is a security gate in the lobby and police camped out there as there is quite often trouble in the evening from the long term residents staying in the hotel! ||After a lengthy check in we were ushered up a flight of stairs to the deluxe rooms on the second floor and to a security door which was not very secure, our room was spacious, but unfortunately that was the only positive, the bedding was old,tired looking and unclean, the towels were smelly, the room itself was damp smelling.||The bathroom was tiny, the shower cubicle waste pipe was blocked and filled up with water so couldn't shower without flooding the room.||After 5 minutes of getting into bed, we both started itching and had a bite from some kind of bug.||I decided enough was enough, so after being in the hotel for only 30 mins we gathered our bags and left.||On reflection I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, I would rather sleep on a...

The place is well located close by Avion shopping park, bus stops and tram stops. Everything is convenient as far as playgrounds for children and easy transportation. The price is not cheap for what they are offering. There is a sidewalk that goes all the way to the mall. The outside area is not scary it's like any bigger city. The main problem is how the building is kept or unkept. When I was there, the walls got painted, but because of the people that live there and the amount of garbage there is the place is infested with some flies. There was a blood on the wall and all over the floor that I had to request to be cleaned up and there was no housekeeper over the weekend. Some of the people that live there make unacceptable noice perhaps 24/7 not respecting privacy of others. The beds are dirty and it has some bug problems. Dlouho jsem přemýšlel, proč je zdejší prostředí inzerováno jako vhodné pro pobyt rodin s dětmi. A pak jsem na to přišel. Harry Potter totiž také žil v opravdovém světě, než poprvé vkročil do Příčné ulice a následně se vydal do Bradavic. Tady totiž nemusíte z Příčné ulice jet na nádraží a hledat nástupiště 9 a 3/4, odkud se poté vydáte vlakem do Bradavic. Full verzi světa čar a kouzel najdete pěkně v jednom Areálu. Dalším důvodem pro pobyt dětí je příprava. Děti tady připravíte na všechny krutosti, které je mohou v reálném světě potkat. Pobyt zde navíc opravdu velmi důkladně prověří všechny vaše smysly. Mohu vám s jistotou říci, že již několik nocí v tomto zařízení kompletně změní váš pohled na svět. Na čem dřív záleželo, je nyní pouhá malichernost. Po návratu do místa svého bydliště budete vnímat okolí úplně jinak. Věřte, že pak bude mít i pouhý hluboký nádech na čerstvém vzduchu zcela nový rozměr.
