Hotel Sanssouci — Hotel in Prague

We have stayed in this hotel on at least 12 occasions, each time for about 4-7 nights. All of these stays were trouble free and happy ones and consequently, we can highly recommend this hotel to others. Here are some of the reasons why:||1. Good location in a quiet and upmarket residential area, close to public transport connections to Prague landmarks and the town centre.||2. Safe parking within the hotel grounds (we always travel by car).||3. Competitively priced.||4. Comfortable well furnished rooms with excellent beds.||5. Although we went there in the morning, left our luggage as the rooms couldn't be ready and told them, we'll check in later, they sold our rooms during the day forcing us to stay elsewhere.||||Oops.||||||OH and yes: the owner demanded the full price of the room, when we didn't accept accommodation in a different hotel.||||||On the other hand that was the lucky part: the official description would need an urgent update:||not "renovated villa built in the 19th century" but better "villa renovated in the 19th century".||"The surroundings consists of family houses with gardens."? We'd say "consisted" (yeah, past tense... At least...

We visited Sanssouci many times with my family and we have always enjoyed it to the fullest. Friendly attitude from the first minute when receiving the keys, very comfortable and nice rooms, beautiful in-door garden to enjoy breakfasts in and last but not least, calm location of the hotel which is close to the public transport to the city centre of Prague.
