Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana – All-Suite Resort to the moment we left, we were surrounded by nothing but love, kindness, and top-tier hospitality. I can confidently say the service was 100 out of 10 — we were drenched in it, and I mean that in the best possible way.

You can feel the heart behind everything here. The people truly pour themselves into taking care of guests and keeping the resort in pristine condition. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations: • The hotel: 10/10 — elegant, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. • The food: 10/10 — flavorful, fresh, and memorable. • The drinks: 10/10 — refreshing, creative, and always available. • The service: 100/10 — intentional, warm, and genuinely caring. • The pools: 10/10 — serene and spotless. • The spa: 10/10 — relaxing, professional, and peaceful. • The cleanliness: 10/10 — impeccable across the entire resort.

I traveled with my husband for a much-needed getaway, and this place didn’t just meet our expectations — it blew them out of the water.

We experienced a very minor inconvenience (so small we genuinely forgot about it), but what amazed us was how the staff still circled back to it and went above and beyond to make things right — without us even asking. That level of service and intentionality speaks volumes.

Now for the shoutouts — because so many people made our trip unforgettable: • Our butler, Osvaldo – kind, attentive, and always made us feel cared for without ever being overbearing. • Bernardo (Juan) – a butler who wasn’t even assigned to us but still took the time to get me a snack with a smile. Above and beyond! • The beautiful and gracious dinner hosts/receptionists: Kiara, Altagracia, and Virginia – always welcoming us with warmth, joy, and so much love. • Yanibel, a dinner staff member who radiated so much love and positivity every single night — I always asked to sit near her because her energy lit up the room. • Yazmin, who worked both at Seaside and the hotel buffet — she kept us laughing, took care of us like family, and even went the extra mile when my husband was craving a lactose-free cappuccino. • Daysi, our amazing bartender at the swim-up bar — she served up sunshine in a glass. Ask for a “Daysi Special” and trust me, you won’t regret it! • Cesar, the fun and wild (in the best way!) bartender just outside the lobby — his energy was magnetic and always made us laugh. • The entertainment team — Manuel, Xaviel, Sexy Jose, Chocolate, Vladimir, and DJs Elias and Luis Miguel — full of energy, sass, heart, and comedy. Even though they performed Danza Kuduro every day, they did it with the same love and spark every time! • The resort dancers and singers — true performers who deserve a spot on TV. They brought the house down night after night! • Yippsi- a very understanding manager who helped make sure everything was done correctly! • And a special mention to Nicaury, a receptionist who handled a situation with an extremely rude guest on our last day with more grace and love than most people could muster. Despite being disrespected, she stayed calm, kind, and still offered to make it better. Nicaury, 6/5 — mi corazón. You are incredible.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Majestic Mirage Resort, and I can confidently say it was the best experience of my life! From start to finish, everything about this place was nothing short of perfection. The resort itself is breathtaking – immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everywhere you look, there’s a sense of luxury and care. The grounds are pristine, with not a single piece of trash in sight, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail. On top of that, the resort offers a wide range of excursions that allow you to explore the surrounding area, and while they are absolutely worth doing, just a heads-up that they will pretty much take up your entire day. But don’t worry – every moment is worth it! What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and made me feel like part of their family. The service here is absolutely top-tier. I didn’t have a single negative interaction during my entire stay. The level of hospitality was something I’ve never experienced before, and it made every moment that much more special. I have to give a huge shoutout to the entertainment team, who are nothing short of amazing. They work tirelessly day in and day out to keep everyone energized, engaged, and entertained. Whether it’s a lively show, an upbeat concert, or a fun event, you can count on them to make sure you're having the time of your life. Some of my best memories from the trip were created during the activities they organized. From dancing to spontaneous games, I was constantly laughing and having fun – even when I wasn’t the best dancer, their energy was infectious! But I’d be remiss if I didn’t give special recognition to Roberto, a true standout among the entertainment team. Roberto went above and beyond to make my experience even more memorable. His kindness, humor, and genuine enthusiasm made every interaction with him feel personal and special. He was always there with a smile, eager to make sure everyone was having a great time. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only incredibly hardworking but also so invested in making others happy, and Roberto truly exemplified that. I’m beyond grateful for everything he did to make my stay one I’ll never forget. To the entire team at Majestic Mirage, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, professionalism, and hard work made my trip feel like something out of a dream. I am already counting the days until I can return to this magical place, and I’ll be sure to bring the memories of this trip with me forever. Overall Experience: We had a good stay at this resort and enjoyed many aspects of our time here. There is definitely no shortage of activities for you to do here. While the staff were generally polite and professional, we did notice a difference in the level of warmth and attentiveness compared to resorts we’ve experienced, particularly in Asia and Mexico. In those regions, hospitality often feels more personal and proactive, with an extra level of care that truly enhances the guest experience. At this resort, service was adequate, but at times it lacked the welcoming spirit and attention to detail we’ve come to appreciate elsewhere.

Pros: ⭐ Animation Team: Truly a highlight of our stay! The entertainment and activities were top-notch, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys engaging with guests. Special shoutout to Manuel, Xavier, and Roberto! They brought so much energy and fun to the shows, games, and beach/poolside events.

⭐ Butler Service: Fernando was outstanding. Very attentive, proactive, and kind. He took care of everything we needed and even made dinner reservations ahead of time to ensure we didn’t miss out. He also sends out daily messages to let you know of the day’s activities and dining options.

⭐ Food: The food was fresh, with a good variety and options available throughout the day.

⭐ Lounges: A great place to cool off and grab a snack, very comfortable and convenient.

Cons: ⚠️ Power Issues: Our original room in Building 3 experienced repeated power outages, and we eventually had to switch rooms. Fortunately, Fernando helped resolve this quickly. It seems this has been an ongoing issue, so we hope it’s addressed soon.

⚠️ Morning Noise: Housekeeping staff communicated by shouting across the hallway starting around 8am, which made it difficult to sleep in.

⚠️ Plumbing: The toilet in our room had low water pressure, making flushing difficult at times.

⚠️ Steakhouse Wait Times: We waited over 90 minutes for our meal, which made for a very long dinner. Worth noting for anyone planning to dine there during peak times.

✔️ Dress Code: A couple of restaurants have a dress code for men - no shorts, sleeveless tops, or sandals allowed. Plan accordingly.

Around first week of May 2025, traveled here (Majestic Mirage) with a group of 4 including our 14 month old daughter Pros -the resort is new… the lobby is probably the nicest resort lobby we’ve been to -the beach area was very nice and the water was beautiful -the staff was friendly Cons -difficult to fall asleep at night b/c of loud music… building one (where the family suites are) is right next door to the auditorium at Majestic Elegance which has loudspeakers going until 11 o’clock at night -the food safety standards are questionable and the staff did not understand requests to cook food longer like omelets or crepes -nightmare experience our first night there… literally gives me PTSD writing this review… we had to change rooms around midnight b/c there was a RAT in our room… went to the lobby and explained situation and requested a new room… the guest services staff member said there were no rooms available (the resort was half empty) and offered to send someone to the room to catch the RAT. I responded and basically said “no” and demanded we change rooms immediately as It was almost midnight and our daughter was sleeping. After what seemed like a 10 minute discussion, a room down the hall became available and we changed rooms. We were not offered help when changing rooms and had to carry our bags and wheel our daughter in her crib down the hall. -the next morning we went to speak with someone from guest services about our concerns. They said we had to communicate through our butler, Arturo. Arturo arranged a time to speak with the guest services manager, Yipssi, and she did not seem concerned. The resort’s attempt to resolve the matter was nonexistent besides offering “VIP treatment” on our next stay at the resort. The resort also did not clarify if they caught the rat or their mitigation plan which makes me seriously concerned for anyone staying in building one -around 6am on the morning of check out day, the baby crib provided by the resort collapsed as our daughter was sleeping in it. -also on check out day… the staff never arrived to pick up our bags at the scheduled time, and after waiting for 20 minutes, we walked to the lobby with our luggage… really not a big deal at all but worth mentioning that the communication and follow through from our butler was not great

While the staff were generally polite and professional, we did notice a difference in the level of warmth and attentiveness compared to resorts we’ve experienced, particularly in Asia and Mexico. In those regions, hospitality often feels more personal and proactive, with an extra level of care that truly enhances the guest experience. At this resort, service was adequate, but at times it lacked the welcoming spirit and attention to detail we’ve come to appreciate elsewhere. ⸻ Pros: ⭐ Animation Team: Truly a highlight of our stay! The entertainment and activities were top-notch, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys engaging with guests. Special shoutout to Manuel, Xavier, and Roberto! They brought so much energy and fun to the shows, games, and beach/poolside events. ⭐ Butler Service: Fernando was outstanding. Very attentive, proactive, and kind. He took care of everything we needed and even made dinner reservations ahead of time to ensure we didn’t miss out. He also sends out daily messages to let you know of the day’s activities and dining options. ⭐ Food: The food was fresh, with a good variety and options available throughout the day. ⭐ Lounges: A great place to cool off and grab a snack, very comfortable and convenient. ⸻ Cons: ⚠️ Power Issues: Our original room in Building 3 experienced repeated power outages, and we eventually had to switch rooms. Fortunately, Fernando helped resolve this quickly. It seems this has been an ongoing issue, so we hope it’s addressed soon. ⚠️ Morning Noise: Housekeeping staff communicated by shouting across the hallway starting around 8am, which made it difficult to sleep in. ⚠️ Plumbing: The toilet in our room had low water pressure, making flushing difficult at times. ⚠️ Steakhouse Wait Times: We waited over 90 minutes for our meal, which made for a very long dinner. Worth noting for anyone planning to dine there during peak times. ⸻ Pro Tips: ✔️ A few of the restaurants require reservations. Book early! ✔️ Dress Code: A couple of restaurants have a dress code for men - no shorts, sleeveless tops, or sandals allowed. Plan accordingly. ✔️ Pool: Closes promptly at 6pm and no food is served at the pool.

Around first week of May 2025, traveled here (Majestic Mirage) with a group of 4 including our 14 month old daughter Pros -the resort is new… the lobby is probably the nicest resort lobby we’ve been to -the beach area was very nice and the water was beautiful -the staff was friendly Cons -difficult to fall asleep at night b/c of loud music… building one (where the family suites are) is right next door to the auditorium at Majestic Elegance which has loudspeakers going until 11 o’clock at night -the food safety standards are questionable and the staff did not understand requests to cook food longer like omelets or crepes -nightmare experience our first night there… literally gives me PTSD writing this review… we had to change rooms around midnight b/c there was a RAT in our room… went to the lobby and explained situation and requested a new room… the guest services staff member said there were no rooms available (the resort was half empty) and offered to send someone to the room to catch the RAT. I responded and basically said “no” and demanded we change rooms immediately as It was almost midnight and our daughter was sleeping. After what seemed like a 10 minute discussion, a room down the hall became available and we changed rooms. We were not offered help when changing rooms and had to carry our bags and wheel our daughter in her crib down the hall. -the next morning we went to speak with someone from guest services about our concerns. They said we had to communicate through our butler, Arturo. Arturo arranged a time to speak with the guest services manager, Yipssi, and she did not seem concerned. The resort’s attempt to resolve the matter was nonexistent besides offering “VIP treatment” on our next stay at the resort. The resort also did not clarify if they caught the rat or their mitigation plan which makes me seriously concerned for anyone staying in building one -around 6am on the morning of check out day, the baby crib provided by the resort collapsed as our daughter was sleeping in it. -also on check out day… the staff never arrived to pick up our bags at the scheduled time, and after waiting for 20 minutes, we walked to the lobby with our luggage… really not a big deal at all but worth mentioning that the communication and follow through from our butler was not great
