Majestic Mirage Draft sports bar — Restaurant in Higüey

My room had mosquitoes lots of them. I woke up in the morning and there was mosquitoes on my bed head board fill with blood. I went to breakfast buffet and I saw 3 employees sitting next my table having a meeting that looked like managers I ask they worked there they said yes. I told them about the mosquitoes and she took my room # said she will have them take care it. NEVER HAPPEN. my room was extremely far away from every, my 4th night at 1am my door wouldn't open I tried to find someone to help me because I was extremely exhausted from the activities, golfing and drinking all day, but there was no one around. I found a few guys that I think was security ask them for help they straight up told to walk back the lobby to speak to someone. Where I saw this one guy working in the check in and check out area, he act like he didn't care. He said " I'm just a receptionist " he called a supervisor and he did not even acknowledge me and have to ask him what's his name. He responded with a mean face I'm the supervisor! With bad attitude. The security in the front gate would not let my wife in saying the have to do some further investigation Never experienced anything like this. I will any money for good service. I'm at the buffet by the beach and the supervisor and a waiter fighting arguing in front of all the guess, huge confrontation. The bartenders and everyone in steak house was amazing!! The breakfast buffet excellent people. All the bartenders are excellent. The property was beautiful. Just need work on employees...

Normally give 5 stars but had a number of issues lots due to hurricane but could have been quicker getting bars open and the entertainment staff were nowhere to be seen just after the hurricane they could have organised some activities inside dancing bingo etc needs 2 week turn around with shows and a change of shows each year as people like me who return each year don't want to see same shows each year. apart from entertainment staff all the rest of the staff were amazing and...

Staff brilliant shame we didn't meet entertainment staff as they spent all their time in family pool they should spend some time in adults side we would have loved some entertainment maybe bingo or a pool game big shout out to my butler junior he was amazing along with Victor and Charlie the bar men and altagracia who served our food rooms very big food yummy especially the Japanese take dollar bills for tipping drinks good proper Bailey's grey goose vodka Hendricks gin but...
