Asadito Steak House — Restaurant in Higüey

Did not live up to our expectation. The hostess and serving staffs were efficient but not courteous. Their attitude was more fit to a small town diner than a well decorated steakhouse. How come the hostess pointed guests a menu QR code by tapping it with a pen in her hand? The Snack platter appetizer tastes like it was cooked 10 minutes ago. Food was lukewarm and the wings were tough. The tenderloin and the ribeye was overcooked for medium. Both meat was not tender. They taste like they were previously frozen. The side of mushroom was again lukewarm. The dessert of brownie was okay, but the cheesecake was dry and the coral tuile...

We went to the Steakhouse twice during our stay.We tried New York Steak and Tinderlion and both were very good. The cheesecake dessert was delicious, The service was great Pedro Disla and Dariana did a great job to make the experience in a steakhouse even better. You don't need reservation for the Steakhouse so I encourage everyone to try out...

It’s good but it can be hit and miss with the food sometimes. Lucky things are all-inclusive so you can just order something else. The staff here are super friendly, so I don’t wanna harp on them.
