Cleaning staff were lazy talking all the time making to much noise while I'm sleeping didn't seem to have any customer service skills and no professionalism maybe this is why they're cleaning rooms in the first place. Complete disaster do not waste your money staff doesn't seem to know who's paying their salaries or maybe they just don't care. I stayed here two weeks was offered only once to clean my room the other time I had to ask several times to get the room cleaned. The chair in my room was broken I asked several times for a new chair was ignored each time also asked several times to fix or replace my Air conditioning remote control was ignored or given a remote control with dead batteries in it. Finally I had to go into another room that was unoccupied and take a Air conditioning remote control that actually worked and also had to go into an unoccupied room to get another chair that wasn't broken. All my requests were ignored even though I paid good money for this room. All the complete idiots working here should be fired immediately. Also tried to get my clothes washed here on my last day they wanted approximately 600 pesos most places do it for about 300 pesos. I declined. Only had a small amount of clothes. Don't waste your...

Last night we checked in and upon heading to the elevator, we found out the water was not working from one of the guests staying there. We went to our room and realized the small room provided was not the suite we reserved to book. After informing the receptionist, he moved us to a larger suite with no towels. The walls are paper thin, and the guests staying across kept their room door open with their TV blaring and conversations loud enough for all surrounding guests to hear their full dialogue. After an hour of checking in the water was still not running so many guests (including “I”) back went down to reception to complain and request a refund. The receptionist then moved us to another suite stating that the water was now working… for us to soon find out there’s no running hot water and the toilet lid/seat was completely broken off the hinges. We requested a refund again, but the receptionist refused to provide a refund “due to their policy.” Afterward, we just decided to take the loss, checkout, and check in to a last-minute Airbnb...

This hotel was good back in 2016, but now the quality of service has declined significantly. We had high hopes for improvements, but were completely disappointed. The drawers for storing clothes and personal items are broken, and while the bathroom is acceptable, it is not very clean. The beds are stiff, and they do not provide any blankets or comforters.

There are constant issues with the water supply. It often doesn't come in the morning when everyone needs to shower, leading to complaints from guests who ultimately decided to leave.

While breakfast is included, don’t expect anything extraordinary or filling. The rates for staying here are low, and there is an outdoor pool available.

If you decide to stay, I recommend booking a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, as the 4th and 5th floors frequently have water issues. You might find yourself stuck until the afternoon. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location near tourist areas.
