The name of this hotel sounds very good, but it's not directly in front to the famous Malecon of the capital Santo Domingo, it's lokated in the second row, but just a 5min footpath far from the rough beach. That's good, because the main road of the Malecon can be very loud and bussy. The hotel offer different types of small tiny rooms just only with the basics: good bed, air condition, shower, WC and TV ... some rooms are like inner cabins without windows, other have one ... you can choose, the price is only a little bit different. This rooms are just for short time treveller, just for an overnight stay, just for a meeting or the day before flight. The airport is just a hour away, depending on the time you travel. The university of StoDgo (and the next MetroStation) is about 10min by foot path, the zona colonial needs about 15min by car or taxi. So this is very central. The rooms and floors are just in good conditions but you don't need look too much for the details. They offer you a small breakfast. All together for a overnight stay with no special amenities it's ok and worth the...

They tried to move us to a different room about 12 hours before we left. Three flights of stairs and a spiral staircase was a poor choice on my part but the only one offered that wasn't a closet. The Website offerings looked awesome and the prices certainly better than the deal I got on site. Live and learn. The linens very clean. One towel per person the entire time even after asking for more. One half roll of toilet paper for 3 days. Good we know to pack our own. They could be a great place but Dominicans don't like to give bad news so they smile and apologize, which doesn't really cut it as far as no hot water...

I was treated so well and amazing during my 4 day stay.
Internet here is absolutely amazing if you are a remote worker or simply looking to enjoy stable internet services.
With a wide range of rooms, I was able to change mine due to noise from the street. A real convenience was having a restaurant, pharmacy & ice cream shop all downstairs from here.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to travel around Santo Domingo & have a nice area to come...
