Hotel Patrimonio — Hotel in Cuenca

Dont even think of staying the night at this hell hole. The hot water wasnt working the lobby stank probably by the fat guy sleeping in the lobby,'s sofa, the location is close to the main cathedral but is around the corner from a dangerous neighborhood, the cable didnt work at times and the sheets were dirty, and the breakfast wasn't that good, not a good experience for my friends that I took to Cuenca to visit my beautiful city. Never will recommend this...

The hotel quoted us a price and then charged us the initially quoted price at check in ($171.87 for 2 rooms). At check out, they charged us an additional ($231.23) which I discovered upon getting my credit card statement. We did not order room service or cause any damage. The front desk service was great. The rooms were modern, nice and very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable for a hotel.
