I had a really bad experience with this broker.

Different Unit Than Booked: The unit we got was not the same as the one we booked. I paid at least 1,500 EGP more per unit, and when I complained, they said it’s “almost the same” because of new construction—this is not true. The booking was made as if it was a first row and full sea view and turned to be a side unit with totally different design and definitely does not worth the price. They said they would try to find a replacement, but nothing happened, and later, I found out they were fully booked. In the end, they just gave me a small 5% discount for the next visit and a dessert box which are not enough.

Bad Customer Service: I called customer service during my stay, and a junior person called me back. I asked for a manager to call me, but no one did. Even after I left, no one followed up until I called them again.

Double Booking Issue: One of my reserved units was given to someone else, and we were informed about that on the day of arrival. We got another bigger unit for only 2 days as a compromise, and we had to pack and move to another unit during our stay. This was very hard for us since we had elderly people with us. The staff was not understanding and spoke in a rude way, pushing us to leave the unit at the normal check-out time.

Always Late: The operations team was late for two appointments out of total three times, even when we had agreed on the time.

I had a very disappointing experience. I trusted them to manage and rent out my unit, but they failed to secure a tenant for an extended period, despite their promises and claims. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and frustrating process I faced when trying to terminate the agreement and retrieve my property keys.

Not only did they delay returning my keys, but when I finally got them back, they failed to return the full set I originally provided. I handed over [2] keys, but they returned 1, without any explanation or accountability. Their lack of transparency, communication, and basic professionalism made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.
