Worest restaurant with worst delivery experience ever!!!! The order taker took the full order wrong with a higher price, receiving the order cold with low quality after 90 mins instead of 45 mins as mentioned by the call centre, as well the meals I got charged for were large,, yet I got small meals with extra charge. After complaining, they sent the right items instead of the wrong meals with the difference I were overcharged for after another 50 mins. My colleagues went away and didn't get their sandwiches and meals. 40 minutes later, I received a call from the complaints department to apologise for this misunderstanding, and after I told the agent it was unacceptable, he confirmed that they calculated the amount I were overcharged wrong, and they asked me to return back EGP 40 without even feel sorry for what happened!!!!!! This is an easy 5-star and my most favorite restaurant of all-time. Here are the reasons:

Food: They have a huge variety in their dishes, so you can try something new every time and stay excited. They have a huge variety of desserts as well, so you don't need to go somewhere else to have something sweet after eating. The most dishes I've liked are: Pizzas, Fried Mesahab, Arabian sandwiches, shawarmas, cordon blue, Sunday ice-cream. The only dish I didn't like was Burger sandwiches.

Service: Best service I've ever seen in a restaurant, and that's because of the friendliness and helpfulness of their employees. They do anything to keep you happy and are very flexible and always smiling.

Update: Mesahab quality is not the same at all. Too oily and there was no spicy Mesahab available.

Update: The Mesahab is still amazing. The chicken shawarma was not good at all. The crunchy chicken sandwich was very good but not a must to try. Definitely will come again for the Mesahab ♥️

We went there to try Mesahab Fried chicken based on Amr Elhady’s review. The service is a bit slow. They need to be faster as we went on weekday not even weekend.
