Read moreWe got in at 3 pm on a friday, the place wasn't very busy, we ordered special mandi plates, the waiter told us that it's only for one person, however it turned out to be huge!! And it was almost 500LE per dish! It could easily feed 2 people. They started serving salads even before we order and they added it on the bill which i thought was misleading. I wanted to order mixed veggies but they told us they're out, tried to order sambosak and same thing happened then they said they'll check and tell us, at last they came out with the veggies as i have requested. We had molokhia as well which was super super super tasty!! The veggies were so nice as well, the mandi though which i thought would be the star of the show was really med. First the rice barely had any taste and they just threw some raisins on top (there wasn't even that many). The portion though was very fair, but the meat had no prominent taste, it was very tender and fell off the bone yes but it lacked in flavour and was overall very light which i was surprised seeing that it's lamb meat!. I also found not one but two human hairs stuck to the meat which made me rethink about going there again. Overall experience is not bad but i wouldn't...
Read moreThe food I got was extremely great value for the price. The prices were beyond cheap for a place in Tagamo3 with surprisingly good tasting food.
The service was absolutely perfect. The waiters were extremely nice to us, the food came in 12 minutes, and the offers and prices were also quite nice.
Moreover, the atmosphere. The atmosphere was a little okay, but very sizable for the affordable prices. The furniture was cheap and the menu looked even cheaper.
The food was really good, excluding the salads/appetizers. Those were quite horrible—especially the tahini. Onto the real food, the molokhia was very good, the grilled chicken was not good, the shish tawook was very good, the sausages were amazing, the "tess" was the best menu item, the basmati rice was really good, and finally the "mombar" was also great. Overall, really good experience for the value it gives you. 4 people at for only 2k. That is good for the food that we would usually eat for 4-5k at any other restaurant. We also got juices, tea, and kunafa. All of those were...
