It definitely is an upscale restaurant and so with that comes the $$$$$. That aside, the staff was pleasant, especially the manager who really seems to be concerned with my experience. He checked on me several times to make sure all was okay, which I thought was very nice. And then what really was lovely was the extra "gift" waiting for me in my take home bag. The staff in the back just gave me extra. Extra everything! I left with much more than I had ordered - 3 trays!! I dunno why they did that - maybe they could tell I was so anxious to catch my flight so I probably just looked stressed... It was a nice way to brighten my day. In any case, that alone deserves 5 stars for me.
