Prime Residence New Cairo — Hotel in Cairo

We had a comfortable stay at Prime Residence. The apartments are located at walking distance from Point 90 Mall. This was ideal as there isn't a cafe or restaurant or room service at Prime Residence. The mall was also ideal for us travelling with kids, as we could entertain them when it was downtime. This location is in New Cairo. It was an appropriately 45 minute drive to the Giza pyramids, and about an hour or less to the Nile(depending on the traffic).

For us as a family, this apartment was good value for money. The amenities were great, including a washing machine/dryer, which meant we went home with clean laundry 👌. There was WiFi and a smart TV, always a win with the kids! A gas stove, with some cutlery and crockery, a microwave and an oven. The service was great. You get 1 free room clean per visit, and if you need your room cleaned again you will be charged. The only downside of this place was the noise from outside the residence, dogs, cars and general disturbances. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're travelling...

This is such a nice hotel specially if you want to visit your family at the American University in Cairo I came to Egypt for one week and a friend of mine already rented this place. It was such a pleasure, especially because it’s near malls restaurants university and everything. If you’re looking for a place to stay with your fiancé or your date and your foreigner, this would be the best place for you in new Cairo. The best thing about the place is how safe it is especially because it’s walking distance from everything you need and you can always take an Uber to go and see the old Cairo. I really like how quiet and peaceful it all is because the room has a balcony, and you can sit in the balcony drink with your friendsor your loved ones...

My partner and I stayed in an apartment at Prime and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. While the location isn’t exactly in the historic district, getting around Cairo is easy with cars or Uber, making Prime a convenient base for exploring the city’s historical sites. There are several malls nearby, such as Point 90 and Garden 8, offering plenty of shopping options.
