I would like to extend a special thank you to hostess Kariman. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail in preparing our table truly made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Additionally, I would like to commend Yousif, our waiter, for his exceptional service. He was very supportive, kind, and attentive throughout our meal, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect, with light music and ideal low lighting that set the mood beautifully. We ordered steak, and it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.

However, my experience was marred by a few disappointments. The first was the portion sizes. I ordered a jumbo steak, expecting a hearty meal, but was served a small steak piece instead. This was not what I had in mind when I ordered a 'jumbo' steak.
When I pointed this out to the waiter, I was informed that the jumbo steak was no longer available. As an apology, they offered me a complimentary mushroom soup. I appreciated the gesture, but was shocked to find out upon checking my receipt after leaving the restaurant, that I was charged for the soup as well.

Read moreThis was my first time experiencing rude service at Sizzler. The hostess at the front, who was responsible for seating guests, refused to seat us in a specific area, saying there was a rule that no children were allowed there. She also refused to let us wait in that area until our table was ready, even though there were a couple of empty, unreserved tables. After waiting for an hour, we noticed two tables available in that same area—and there were children seated there.
She even suggested that we go to another restaurant next door( in a very unprofessional way). This was my 50th visit to Sizzler, and it was the first time I experienced such rude service. Even the manager, when I spoke to him, was not proactive at all, acting as if nothing could be done. On the positive side, the waiters were as friendly and professional as always.
