This review is mainly relevant for foreigners visiting this restaurant. While it looks professional in design but actually services and quality of food is far below the mark compared with the 5-star level costs. It’s not a value for the money. I ordered breakfast and some omelette. Firstly they straightaway refused when I inquired about a vegetarian meal. I am an Indian national wokring in London and was there for a business trip. Cairo has been a bad experience. Stayed hungry for 3 days since couldn’t find a decent vegetarian option. Not many people speak English and if you are not white then they don’t treat you well. In this restaurant they delivered tea first and then after a long time omelet that too upon my persistent request to do it faster since I had my flight to London after one hour. Even after explaining th ingredients to be used in my omelet they preordered a useless omelette which I couldn’t eat and l could only finish 30% my breakfast and they easily sensed it and they asked for feedback but I believe in giving feedback online so that it can benefit a wide range of audiences. I think Cairo business should strive hard to understand the requeremebst fo foreigners. I had similar bad experiences when I visited GIZA pyramids. First the local horse carriers etc they offer you free help and then rip you off in dollars and British pounds. I am only a doctorate student so not very capable financially but still they ripped me off. The guy charged me 100 GBP for horse and then separate 20 GBP for explaining about the pyramids and he was adamant. Later another this guy introduced me to another guy in papyrus Museum an dthen they said that it’s a tradition that we have free free drinks to foreigners as a gesture of goodwill but then he was persistent to me that I should but hai paintings for atleast 200 USD. I didn’t had enough money left since I was already ripped off. Later I was taking out some cash using my HSBC UK debit card then another guy forced me to buy white middleastern clothe with a band which I can tie in my head. I don’t use it and I kept on seeing that I was alone then he forced me to buy it. I don’t wanted to pick any fights in a foreign country to I complied to him and he took 100 EGP from me for that stupid clothe which I will ever ever use in my life. Guys please take care. We go overseas to have fun and not too feel depressed. I felt depressed with my Cairo trip. There is nothing to entertain yourself. You can’t bring any female friends in your room. I was tired so wanted to have a body massage but struggled to find one. Wasted 100s of pounds with taxi in search but ko results. There best mall festival city mall doesn’t have any fun things except for shopping. I will advice not to take risks and don’t waste your money in trips to such countries. I always write honest reviews and get appreciation for those. So hope you guys will get valuable insights from this...
Read moreThe “Cookie Dough Pistachio” is a delightful dessert, blending warm, nutty pistachio cookie dough with a delicate kunafa layer and a rich Nutella topping, finished with a perfectly creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream. The textures and flavors are beautifully balanced, making it a true treat.
A special shoutout to Zina, the waitress, whose exceptional friendly service elevated the experience. Her attentive and cheerful attitude, coupled with her prompt service, made the visit all the more enjoyable and memorable.
However, one downside is that the items take quite a long time to be served, which could be improved to make the overall experience...
