🌟 Exceptional Lebanese Experience at Midar in Cairo! 🌟
I've been to many restaurants in Cairo, but Midar stands out as an absolute gem, thanks in large part to Hemmat's warm hospitality and the culinary magic this place delivers! The moment you step in, you're transported to a piece of Lebanon, with authentic flavors that showcase true Lebanese soul and passion.
From the mezze to the main courses, each dish is prepared with such love and attention to detail. The freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of spices make each bite memorable. Whether it’s the creamy hummus, the melt-in-your-mouth kibbeh, or the flavorful grilled meats, everything tastes like a delightful celebration of Lebanese culture.
Hemmat was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with patience and genuine enthusiasm. Her recommendations were on point, and she made sure we felt right at home.

Read moreThis restraunt is a mixture between Turkish and Lebanese cuisine. The food was very tasty, we took mesahab, fetta and scallop pane. We also ordered some appetisers that were delicious, we took سوده كبده فراخ , بطاطا حاره and حمص. All the food was extremely nice. The atmosphere is very nice. However, there are too many shisha around, so I recommend the non-smoking area. The service is very nice. Abdel Rahman Gomaa, our host, was very hospital, always smiling, trying to please us all. He is very attentive to our needs, although it is our first time in this place. The place and the decor are cute and nice, the A/C is good for this hot weather.
Another great visit, we had lunch and ghazal beirut, our host today is Abdlerahman khairy, who was very attentive to our needs and was always there for our requests This place is always a...

The decor of the place is really nice with lovely earth colors; comfortable seating! Breakfast was good; I took the tray which had foil, eggs, ta3maya & salad. Ta3maya was really nice and light; felt it was air fried. The food was light; I managed to eat the full breakfast although it was quite a big one. Then I had Tres Lychee and I simply loved it. The team is well trained, very pro-active with a nice welcoming smile.
The place is branded Salt & Pepper not Midar so actually confusing to get too.
My experience was really good. I will come again. Thanks for making my...
