Horus Horizon INN Pyramids View — Hotel in Giza

It is on the main road and the main road in El Haram is a mess. Lots of noise, with the car horns and millions people screaming and making noise! So very hard to sleep. The rooms has strange air conditioning. In one room it didn't work at all I had 32 degrees inside the room at night so I called them and they changed my room. The air conditioning goes only from 20 to 28 degrees, it is not possible to put 16 or 30. The covers on the bed are too heavy and you sweat like crazy or you can not cover and then yoh are cold. It is very uncomfortable. I asked for a lighter cover, they don't have as that is "normal" for them (egyptians) (this is what they answered). But I was in other hotels and they had lighter covers. Elevator is mini and very slow and hot . Reception keeps the air conditioner off, it is not good! Rooftop is nice but small compared to others. I wouldn't book again this one in Giza, I would choose something in a quiter road maybe near the marriot mena. We booked for 2 weeks and paid for 2 weeks , we stayed only 1 night and THEY kept all the money... not even half money they...

Everything was wonderful The rooms were excellent, and the housekeeping service was amazing My friends and I had a fantastic time. The staff helped us greatly in organizing our trip around Cairo they were amazing and always ready to assist us. Our booking included breakfast and the quality was lovely. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop where we could see the pyramids my friends and I spent wonderful moments there , There’s also a restaurant in the hotel for lunch or drinks, and the food quality and service were excellent. Thank you for everything and I’d especially like to thank Mahmoud and Nour for helping me and my friends so much...
