Mohamed was our host and was absolutely amazing. First of all his personality was so welcoming to us foreigners and we already felt good about Cairo. The rooms were very clean and affordable. The customer service is amazing. For example I had bought an Arabic dress when I got to Egypt and the next day I got it dirty visiting the pyramids. Mohamed offered to have it cleaned and returned to me. His other employee Mahmoud was our driver and is a very kind man. He picked us up from the airport and showed amazing hospitality.
